APPEAL: Witnesses, footage and driver of a BMW sought following fatal collision
We are appealing for witnesses and CCTV or dashcam footage following a fatal collision in Doncaster.
Last weekend, on Saturday 29 August at 7.50am we responded to reports of a road traffic collision on Doncaster Road in Mexborough.
It is understood that a red and black Suzuki motorbike and a white BMW 320d were involved in a collision close to the junction of Pastures Road.
The rider of the motorbike, a man in his 50s, was taken to hospital where sadly despite the best efforts of medical personnel he died.
We are now asking for anyone who witnessed the collision or has relevant footage to come forward.
From initial enquiries we also believe that the driver of a white BMW 1 series may have witnessed the collision but is yet to speak to officers. If this is you, please get in touch.
