C.R.F VW T5 Furniture Units has many years experience in the building of camper vans, van conversions and horsebox living area conversions. Based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, we have a combined experience of 25 years in this field. It is with this experience that we introduce a range of side kitchen furniture units which fit VW T5, Vauxhall Vivaro, Mercedes Vito or other similar sized vehicles. When building these furniture units we only use lightweight Ilomba plywood and genuine Hafele hinges and push button locks. These are one of our Hacienda Black units as fitted to one of our regular trade buyers Peugeot Expert camper conversion. As a 500mm deep fridge space was not required, we made this one 400mm in complete depth.

This comes with 800mm x 400mm table top in Hacienda Black colour.

These units can be fitted to the following vans:

• Nissan Primastar
• Ford Transit Custom
• Mercedes Vito

Please note that these come square backed and will require scribing to your van in order to archive the perfect fit.

Measurements:

2010mm in complete length
400mm depth (500mm where fridge space is)
715mm kitchen unit height
1220mm taller part / wardrobe height
400mm taller part depth

NEW SWB Camper van furniture unit in Hacienda Black colour. This has a Matt Grey worktop and black edging trim.

The worktop can be cut to fit a Smev 9222 RH combination sink / hob at no extra cost.
Precision CNC cut in house with our CNC router.

This furniture unit is made from the best quality Morland LIGHTWEIGHT PLYWOOD. Morland is the best possible quality plywood which has a durable, impact and heat resistant laminate on both sides. It is used by professional camper van conversion companies. It is not to be confused with MDF or Chinese plywood which has a thin melamine surface covering which is currently doing the rounds. The Morland product that we use does not have a thin melamine covering which chips when cut.

As this unit is made from specialist lightweight plywood, the entire furniture unit weighs just 35 kg.

In the taller wardrobe section of this unit there is a removable hatch. This is very useful for accessing items that are stored in the lower part of the wardrobe from above.
The kitchen unit features two large doors where gas bottles or water containers can be stored. The kitchen part also has an internal shelf which can be easily raised or lowered as per user requirements.

THERE IS A SPACE TO FIT THE FOLLOWING FRIDGES IF REQUIRED. THE PHOTOS IN THIS LISTING SHOW THE UNIT WITH AND WITHOUT THE REMOVABLE PANEL WHICH CONTAINS THE DOOR:
