Finally had clarification this morning via the Marine Police Unit (link below) We are good to go...

So things I need to mention, in the Marina here we have full time residents, this is there home. Please adhere to recommended social distancing guidelines in the Car Park, on the Sea Wall and while on the bridge and Pontoons.
This is probably the first time you may have been out this year, keep an eye on engine temperatures and fuel. We are not sure of the levels of help in the River at the moment.
