We are pleased to announce W. H. Bowker Limited have completed the acquisition of James Nuttall (Transport) Limited and Queensway Commercials Limited, the DVSA Authorised Testing Facility.

Founded in 1919, Bowker are a fourth-generation family-owned business with UK and European transport as well as warehouse operations based in Preston, Droitwich, Knowsley, Ripon, York, Selby, and Hull. Bowker and James Nuttall transport share many similarities, operating successfully within the same industries, sharing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and company values.

Your day-to-day contacts remain unchanged, and Jane and James Nuttall will continue working within the business during the transition period.

There are no plans to modify how the business currently operates therefore you will experience no change in service. Bowker are committed to continue to invest within the business, its staff, health and safety, equipment, infrastructure, and IT solutions.

Well 2021. What a year it has been!

We certainly couldn’t have done it without every single one of our loyal employees and also all of our customers who have stood by us every single step of the way through the, at times, testing year. So thank you.
