The 8–14th June 2026 is Cycling UK's annual celebration of cycling.

Bike Week is the UK’s biggest celebration of cycling and a chance to show how cycling can make everyday life better for people and communities across the country.

Our mission is to create happier, healthier and greener lives through cycling, and through Bike Week we’re inspiring more people to experience its benefits.

Whether you cycle every day, ride occasionally or have not been on a bike in years, Bike Week is for you.

There are two main ways to get involved this year:

1. Host a Bike Week Brunch – a simple, sociable way to celebrate Bike Week and support Cycling UK
2. Join The Big Bike Revival – free, friendly local sessions to help adults build confidence, build riding skills, build maintenance skills, get your bike checked and/or get back into cycling

To join a session follow this link:

The Big Bike Revival offers FREE support to help adults to cycle locally

May is Living Streets’ National Walking Month, and this year we're highlighting the benefits of walking for women.

Living Streets are asking women to – and get outside for a walk or wheel each day in May for their own health, wellbeing and enjoyment.

The call for women to ‘walk out’ for National Walking Month is in recognition of women being more likely to make multi-purpose journeys, such as combining school drop-offs, care responsibilities and errands within a single trip. We want women to go for a walk for themselves – and their own enjoyment.

A mass ‘walk out’ for all is happening on Friday 29 May to mark National Walking Month – will you join us?

with us! Everyone who signs up via the below QR code will be entered into a prize draw to £250 of shopping vouchers.
