Bizzy Lizzy Cakes (Ripley) Welcome to my page I'm a Hobby Baker with a passion for cake artistry and Sugarcraft.

Hello my name is Liz and I am crazy about cake.... I can make your special cake decorated with handmade flowers of your choice as fine as porcelain or with characters made specially for you to give you a unique cake. My cakes come in different sizes and in a selection of flavours to suit your requirements and taste. Favourites like rich boozy fruit cake, chocolate or plain sponge with r strawb

erry jam and lashings of butter cream to my favourite which is a Lemon Madera cake with Lemoncello syrup, Lemon curd and butter cream (my mouth is watering thinking about it) or my Bakewell sponge as I like to call it.... A sponge cake with Amaretto syrup, strawberry jam and covered with marzipan and soft fondant icing. If you would like me to make you a cake, please give as much notice as possible. Some decorations can take several weeks to make and fruit cakes are better if left to mature.

For 3 years our friend John has been asking me for a cake for his 50th birthday... And always it was the same request,.....

For 3 years our friend John has been asking me for a cake for his 50th birthday... And always it was the same request,... He wanted the Super Hero Hong Kong Fuey doing the 'kick'.... That was until a few months ago when he changed his mind thinking he should have his hobbies, bird watching & gardening.... After such a long time I didn't want him to regret his choice so I included all 3..A garden, a bench with bird books & binoculars near a bird table, and his hero doing the kick on top of the shed. The back of the cake is the police station where his alter ego Pentry works as a Janitor. Here I've included his bucket, brush and side kick 'Spot the cat'.... It's the biggest project I've done, about 3 weeks work, but I've enjoyed every moment 😁
