Hello my name is Liz and I am crazy about cake.... I can make your special cake decorated with handmade flowers of your choice as fine as porcelain or with characters made specially for you to give you a unique cake. My cakes come in different sizes and in a selection of flavours to suit your requirements and taste. Favourites like rich boozy fruit cake, chocolate or plain sponge with r strawb

erry jam and lashings of butter cream to my favourite which is a Lemon Madera cake with Lemoncello syrup, Lemon curd and butter cream (my mouth is watering thinking about it) or my Bakewell sponge as I like to call it.... A sponge cake with Amaretto syrup, strawberry jam and covered with marzipan and soft fondant icing. If you would like me to make you a cake, please give as much notice as possible. Some decorations can take several weeks to make and fruit cakes are better if left to mature.
