Do you hate on pictures of yourself? Scrutinize every little thing? Eeek look at my crows feet, yuk my drooping jaw line? We are even quicker to speak negatively about our bodies. But think back to a picture from 10 years ago... You also had that negative narrative to yourself back then!
I bet you look at that picture now and think jeez I wish I looked like that now.. So STOP ⛔ Stop the negative talk, ❤ each and every picture, look for the positives because in 10 years time you are gonna look back at that picture in admiration.

N.B this is a snapshot taken by mistake when trying to do a reel. And at first glance I said 'Euugggghh I look like a complete **** but it's up here on my feed and staying here!!
