RoadRunners is aware of a highly serious allegation circulated on social media concerning one of its drivers.
The Company treats any allegation touching upon passenger safety, safeguarding, criminal conduct, or driver fitness with the utmost seriousness. The relevant operational records, including booking, dispatch, route, and communication data, have been secured and preserved.
This matter is known to the relevant licensing authority. RoadRunners is cooperating fully with all proper regulatory and investigative processes. In view of the gravity of the allegations and the potential prejudice that can arise from public speculation, the Company will not engage in a trial by social media.
No admission of liability is made, and the Company expressly reserves all rights in respect of any false, defamatory, malicious, or otherwise unlawful publication, whether by original publication, repetition, endorsement, or further dissemination.
Any person in possession of direct evidence relevant to the matter should provide that material to the appropriate authority without delay. RoadRunners will address this matter through the proper legal and regulatory channels, not through public commentary.
