As a family, we enjoyed many Eurocamp holidays when my children were younger, so I’ve personally tried and tested many of the fantastic campsites across France and Italy. These holidays offer a wonderful balance of adventure, relaxation, and freedom for children to explore and make memories.

One of the things I’ve built up over the years in travel is fantastic relationships with my suppliers, and my Italian specialist, Citalia, is a perfect example.

They have kindly hosted this current trip, giving me a true insight into why they are so exceptional at what they do. It’s one thing to sell a destination, but it’s another to experience it firsthand and understand exactly what makes it special for my clients.

Trips like this also provide invaluable opportunities to network and develop personal relationships with hotel management teams and local partners. Having those direct connections means I can offer even greater insight, support and added value when planning my clients’ holidays.

In travel, like many industries, the personal touch still matters.

Yes, we can all book online with a few clicks, but when a holiday is one of the biggest purchases you’ll make each year, isn’t it reassuring to have someone on hand to offer advice, share real experiences, answer questions and help create something that’s right for you?
