💖Good luck, Rachel! 💖

Today marks the last shift for one of our original Call Handlers, Rachel, before she heads off to University and we’re going to miss her hugely!

Rachel joined us right at the very beginning, at just 14 years old. Since then, she’s completed her GCSEs, A Levels and even taken a five-month break to travel around Asia and Australia.

Throughout all those years, Rachel has been a highly valued and incredibly important member of our team. She’s been popular with everyone and has always shown nothing but hard work, commitment and unwavering dedication.

Now, she’s taking the next exciting step towards her future, heading off to study Zoology and follow her dreams.

We’re incredibly proud of everything she has achieved and wish her every success for this next chapter.

Good luck, Rachel and thank you for everything! You’ll be hugely missed by us all.
