Moons Bridge Marina Moons Bridge Marina is a family run business situated on the idyllic Lancaster Canal, just outside the village of Woodplumpton, in Preston.

Situated in the beautiful Lancashire countryside, Moons Bridge Marina is a family run marina offering secure country moorings for over 100 boats on the Lancaster Canal, along with maintenance and services. Starting life as just a farmers field, Moons Bridge Marina has a rich 30 year history, starting out offering hire boats before expanding and diversifying, creating two basins with moorings for o

ver 100 boats. We have moorings for a variety of boat lengths, ranging from 18ft to 28ft. Current mooring sizes available: 22ft, 23ft, 24, 25ft, 26ft, 27ft, 28ft. We also offer various repair and maintenance services, from engine servicing and winterising to hull anti-fouling, with space for hardstanding where required. Should you wish to sell your boat, Moons Bridge Marina will also act as an agent to any boat located on site, dealing with all queries from potential buyers. For specific prices for all our moorings and services, or should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to provide any information you require.

The breach just north of the marina has been repaired and the canal is now open for sailing again. However, sail with caution as there is apparently some debris buildup in the water and the tow path remains closed until March
