Hi, I just wanted to send you a message to let you know how incredibly pleased we were with the whole service we received from you and the two lads yesterday.

Right from my first contact with you, I felt confident that we’d chosen the right company. You were incredibly quick to respond, knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. There was no messing around communication was excellent, everything was clear, and I trusted what you were telling me from the beginning. Your company had been recommended to me by others, which was one of the reasons I contacted you in the first place, and I can completely understand now why people recommend you.

The two lads were absolutely fantastic. It was such a long day for them, travelling from Lancashire down to Exmouth, loading everything and then driving all the way back up again, but their energy and attitude were brilliant from beginning to end.

My mum was particularly impressed with them. Moving out of her home was quite a daunting and emotional experience for her, but they were so friendly, positive and reassuring that they genuinely made the whole experience so much easier. She couldn’t speak highly enough of them.

They took such care with all of her belongings, both when loading and unloading. Even when they arrived here late in the day, they were still cheerful, polite and incredibly careful. They also had a very awkward back alley to navigate at this end and handled it brilliantly.

We’d been quite nervous about choosing a removal company because you hear so many horror stories, but from my initial dealings with you right through to the lads finishing the job, the whole experience was excellent.

Please pass on our thanks to them both. They’re a real credit to your company, but I also wanted to thank you personally for the way you handled everything from the outset.

We genuinely couldn’t have chosen better. Thank you again — we really appreciated everything.
