From Urgent Delivery to New Life: A Stellar Success Story! 🐴✨

Nearly a year ago, we received a booking that was a little more unusual than our standard urgent documents or manufacturing parts. We were entrusted with a highly time-critical delivery, transporting the necessary frozen specimen from the north of England all the way down to the South Downs, where a mare was waiting.

With such a delicate and time-sensitive shipment, there was absolutely no room for delay. Our courier ensured the temperature-controlled cargo arrived safely and precisely on schedule, playing a small but vital part in a much bigger journey. 📦⏱️

Over the weekend, we received the wonderful news that, the beautiful, healthy foal we helped make possible was safely born.

Sunday turned out to be a fantastic day for golf for our sponsored team at Blackmoor. They went head-to-head with Frilford Heath Golf Club in the Brockenhurst Stag knockout and came away with a very hard-earned 9½ - 2½ victory. Seeing that level of precision and teamwork pay off is exactly why we love being involved with the club. It was a stellar match from start to finish, and we couldn't be prouder of the results the team is delivering this season. Huge thanks to the players for another successful outing. ⛳️

It has been an absolute flyer of a start to the sporting season for the teams we are proud to support. We are still buzzing from James Shanes’ (smiley-racing) fantastic victory at the Ledbury grasstrack course, a brilliant display of skill and speed that really set the tone for the months ahead. The winning streak continued on the greens, too. A massive congratulations to the Blackmoor Golf Club Scratch team for their hard-fought 7-5 away win against Rowlands Castle. Securing a victory in the Beckford Bowl, a prestigious and notoriously tough 36-hole knockout competition across the South of England. Today marks a massive milestone for Stellar Despatch as we officially hit our 18th birthday. In the UK, this usually means one thing: heading straight to the pub to exercise our newfound rights.

While we’ve spent the morning wondering if we can still pull off a "big night out," the reality is a little different. Instead of nursing a hangover or queuing for a club, we are doing what they’ve done for the last eighteen years, ensuring your urgent deliveries arrive exactly when they should.

Thank you to everyone for sticking with us. We’re officially an adult, highly experienced, and ready for whatever the next eighteen years throw at us.

Today we celebrate the incredible mothers who make a difference in our lives every single day. Motherhood wears many faces, and we want to send our warmest wishes to all the mums, step-mums, and mother figures.

Within our own office walls, we are lucky to have a group of hardworking mothers who manage the daily logistics of a busy courier environment with the same dedication they bring to their families. We also have a very special soon-to-be mummy with her own special delivery on the way.

We also know that today can be a quiet day of reflection for many. Our thoughts are with those who are remembering mothers no longer with us, as well as those for whom the journey of motherhood has been a difficult one. Your strength does not go unnoticed.

Whether you are spending the day being celebrated, or holding dear memories close to your heart, we hope your Sunday is peaceful and filled with kindness.
