A customer in Cardiff had upgraded to a larger boat and had also moved berth that was a bit awkward, so he asked me about fitting a camera and screen. I supplied and fitted a Hd camera and a 10" Hd screen, now he can easily keep an eye behind him while he backs. At the end of last year I also fitted some fun upgrades. A Fusion stereo, some extra Fusion marine speakers and amplifier as well as some blue LEDs for the steps up to the fly bridge, two of the speakers even have blue LEDs! His boat now looks and sounds the part!

Some nice toys fitted to this Dromeas 28 in Porthcawl over the last few months. The first batch was fitted while the boat was out of the water for servicing. The black Garmin radar keeps with the stealthy look of the boat, the LED lightbar and the dual colour Lumishore underwater lights extend the fun beyond the daylight and the Sonihull ultrasonic antifouling system helps keep speed sapping growth off the bottom. That saw the boat set for the summer, but as the winter is approaching the customer asked me about heating. A diesel heater is always a great way to extend your season to year round, and now he can go out fishing in comfort however cold it gets. I fitted an Autoterm 2kw marine heater kit and a small diesel tank, and the canvass wheelhouse now gets toasty in less than 10 minutes.
