Northmaster 645 Open – Transom & Rail Repair

After a rough ride in poor weather, this Northmaster 645 Open came to us with significant damage to the aft transom structure and a dented rail.

🛠️ Our process included:
• Removing the damaged rail
• Structurally repairing the transom
• Procuring and installing a brand-new rail
• Colour-matching and gelling for a seamless finish

The result? A fully restored vessel and a very happy owner, thrilled to have his pride and joy back in top condition.

Beneteau GT 32 – Side Power Bow Thruster Coupler Replacement

Quick call-out for a customer needing a bow thruster coupler change on their Beneteau GT 32.
With plans to use the boat the next day, we jumped into action, removing the faulty coupler, sourcing a replacement, and reinstalling it to get them back on the water without delay.

⚙️ Thruster couplers (or shear pins) act as motor protection and can fail due to wear and tear, or sometimes a deeper mechanical issue.

Most thruster setups follow a similar design, so if you're in need of a fast turnaround, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to keep you cruising.

Trackmark Repair & Deck Restoration.

A customer approached us with concerns about two areas of trackmark showing signs of hairline cracking.
After an initial inspection and detailed quote, we carried out a deeper investigation and completed the repairs to bring the deck back to a clean finish.

🛠️ Upon receiving the vessel:
• All other deck areas were carefully protected, including glass and fixed cushions
• Removable items were safely stored
• Faulty panels were ground away, with all findings documented in a final report

🔧 Repair process:
• New trackmark panels were fabricated and installed using vacuum bagging
• Edges meticulously gel-finished to achieve a smooth, radiused look

The result? Panels restored to their original condition and another satisfied customer.
