**CHANNEL ISLAND 22 CABIN CRUISER BOAT, FISHING BOAT FOR SALE!!!**

Channel Island 22 cabin cruiser, in very good condition considering she's 1988. It was re-powered with twin Volvo Penta D2-55 (55hp per engine) with approx 230hours, to include ZF gearboxes, deep sea seals on both shafts, exhaust system, fuel systems, running from twin fuel tanks at the stern of the boat, etc. All this work was carried out in 2013, at a large expense to the previous owner. Being twin screw it is very very easy to manoeuvre & reaches a top speed of 17 knots.
The boat is equipped with the following:

This is a great example of a Channel Island 22, which has plenty of storage, which sleeps 2 people, seperate heads, comfy helm seats, rear bench seat which pulls out as a sunlounger or another double berth. Fresh water holding tank with cold running water.
Also included are a set of side leg supports for dry mooring or simply beaching to scrub the bottom.
We took this boat in part exchange against a larger 35ft boat & we believe you'll be hard pushed to find a better well equipped one as this. It also comes with all hand books & some service history.

Humber 35 - this is modelled on the famous 'Nelson Hull', she has a beam of 12ft & a maximum draft of 3ft, powered by twin Volvo Penta TAMD 60, 235hp engines. Given a maximum speed of 24 knots & a cruising speed of 18 knots. Shaft driven with 3 bladed bronze propellers. She has 4 fuel tanks, given 909 litres. Water capacity - 380 litres, with a hot & cold pressurised water system.

She sleeps 7 in 2 cabins, the diner & saloon.
She has the following:
Diesel hot air heating (new)
Nelson 2 gas burner stove
Refrigerator
2 spacious bathrooms (1 with shower)
New batteries (24v system)

Bad points:
1 - There is a Simrad GPS plotter on the flybridge which doesn't seem to work & to be honest, although the rest of the nav equipment works, it would benefit an upgrade.
2 - As the boat is 1987 there are a couple of minor dings & dents, so please don't expect a brand new boat, however this is a very good example of the Humber 35.
