Another recent project completed!

Full overhaul and engine replacements.

We swapped out the two old Volvo’s for a fresh pair of modified Mercruiser 4.3’s. We also replaced the throttle and shift cables, diagnosed and repaired various electrical issues and carried out a full service on the drives and transoms.

In this case the customer wanted to keep the existing Volvo drives and transoms in place. So we modified and coupled them to fit the Volvo units.

Looking back on some highlights of another very busy summer!

Was great to be part of team IMOL and a pleasure to get this boat back to winning ways!

Lots of hard work but the boat ran perfectly and finished every race she took part in, being
crowned the overall class 2 winners 👍

Massive congratulations to driver and owner James Winkworth, throttle man Dave Sheldon and the whole IMOL team…….what an achievement, especially as it was James first season in a race boat 👌

What a fantastic team and a fantastic season we had….roll on 2024 😀

We love a project!!

Recent complete restoration project completed on a pair of 5.0l V8 Volvo’s. The main goal of the project was to make the engines look and perform better than new 😃.

Complete nut and bolt strip down and rebuilds, full paint jobs, wiring harnesses repaired and remade, countless other issues repaired, finished off with a few engine modifications to get a few more horsepower!

Recent job on this Ring 26 to include, a complete engine package refurb, transom replacement, external Latham steering rams fitted, full drive service, a whole host of faults fixed, electronics updated in the dash and a full respray of the engine and drive to bring this Mercruiser 496 V8 back up to perfect condition.

Another happy customer who after receiving his boat back said it “had never performed so well” 👌
