General information
We are a new start up in the food truck business, which we are aiming to make a massive success. My husband and I both have over 25 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry and we love fresh food and new tastes. Jaime, my husband, is a classically trained chef and spent many years in the kitchens in 5* hotels in Mexico before moving to Bermuda to be the executive chef at a local restaurant group serving mexican food in one restaurant, as well as asian fusion in another. I have been working as a manager in the industry since graduating from university in 1995. I grew up in Bermuda and my husband and I met there before moving to the UK in 2014. We are very excited to launch our new venture and share our passion for fresh food and taste with everyone. Nothing makes us happier than pleasing the local taste buds. We are all about authentic Mexican food, which is always fresh and full of flavour and a healthy option for fast food. We have a fresh mexican food supplier out of London, who supplies us with corn tortillas, and many of the spices direct from Mexico.

We are an authentic, fresh Mexican taqueria food truck. We sell Mexican Street Food including; Quesadillas, both vegetarian & chicken, fresh corn tacos with various fillings, including: jackfruit for a special vegan treat, Barbacoa (lamb), Tacos El Pastor (pork) and Chicken Tinga. For the younger crowd, we are making fresh Beef Empanadas, fried, stuffed pastry. We also make fresh churros, warm mexican donuts traditionally tossed in cinnamon sugar for those with a sweet tooth. We pride ourselves in giving everyone an authentic taste of traditional mexican food from the chef's hometown on the Baja peninsula, San Jose del Cabo.
