We have just received this message below...

Just wanted to send you a message to praise one of your drivers. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. I had broken down at the side of the A180 just outside Grimsby, One of your drivers saw me and my colleague on his way into Grimsby and he stopped on his way back out of Grimsby to check that we were ok. We were both freezing as we had been sat there for a good 2 hours+ by this point. Even though he couldn't help us get going again he insisted we took his coat to keep us warm until recovery came.
I just wanted to say he is such a credit to your company as he was the first person to stop and see if we were ok. Given the current climate where people are scared to stop and help it really has restored our faith in people. He didn't have to stop or give us his coat but it was so selfless and thoughtful. It really helped us stay warm as we were waiting another 2 hours after that to be recovered. I don't know if you can pass on our thanks to him if you know which driver was in Grimsby in a small van today. We are extremely grateful.

Wow! Thank you so much to the IOC for recognising our team with a National Courier Award for Covid Contribution.

We are so grateful to have been able to keep doing what we love throughout. Everyone involved should be very proud.

It has been a complete honour to work alongside positive people who have been determined to get things done.
