This beautiful Rustler yacht in our care has now had its final touches completed.

Designed, manufactured, and installed in-house by one of our skilled shipwrights, these stunning hardwood genoa track guards are a showcase of outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Internally, the project included comprehensive works to modernise the plumbing systems, along with a full health check to ensure everything is operating exactly as it should.

All aspects of the work were completed from our Plymouth Yacht Haven site, delivering a yacht that is now ready for many more years of enjoyable sailing.

Never enough chocks!

This stunning sailboat has had a Saildrive service and new seals fitted. For access, the fairing plate had to be removed and replaced. A fibreglass panel was shaped to the required dimensions and has now been epoxied in place for an overnight curing process.

Filling and fairing tomorrow, ready for a Wednesday launch.

Looking forward to seeing this one back where it belongs — out on the water.

Our Yacht Haven Quay site is, as ever, operating at full tilt, with a multitude of projects currently underway.

The latest arrival to our facilities is this stunning Mystery 35 sailing yacht.

Extensive insurance repair works are already in progress, including structural and cosmetic GRP repairs, paintwork, and the fabrication and installation of a new pushpit and stanchions.

All aspects of the project will be completed by our in-house team of highly skilled, time-served professionals.

This beautiful Hallberg-Rassy has been in our care for some time, and after a challenging winter that brought heavy green growth and general wear throughout, she was ready for some well-deserved attention.

Our team has worked hard to restore her to the standard she deserves, carrying out:

• Three-stage compound and wax treatment to all areas
• Teak deck clean
• Propeller polish
• Coppercoat reactivation
• New anodes fitted
• New fenders and mooring lines supplied

She is now fully prepared for lift and launch, with all works completed on time and within budget.

Another major refit project has arrived at our facility.

This Vanderbilt Super Comfort 50 is with us for an extensive programme of works, including:

* New EVO decking throughout
* Coppercoat
* Joinery works
* Topsides and superstructure paintwork in Awlgrip
* Comprehensive metal fabrication by our onsite marine specialists, DB Fabs

Prior to arriving at Plymouth Yacht Haven, the vessel’s underwater hull was professionally blasted in preparation for the next stages of the project.

Our team has now begun the substantial task of removing the existing teak decking, marking the start of what will be a significant transformation.

At every stage, we provide a complete, turnkey marine service, offering clients a true one-stop shop for all marine maintenance, refit, and repair requirements.

Damage sustained to this radar dome for a commercial client required a fast and precise turnaround.

The area was filled and faired before being transported to our spray booth, where primer and a colour-matched topcoat were applied. Once cured, the finish was baked off and polished to achieve a seamless repair.

With tight deadlines to meet and a return to active duty scheduled, the team once again delivered to the highest standard.

We don’t just do new decks.

This lovely Rustler Yacht came to us for our specialist services and, after lengthy discussions with the owner, it was decided that the existing decks were beyond economical repair.

The team got straight to work with full deck removal, taking out all fasteners and adhesive before filling and fairing the surfaces. Once fully prepared, the decks were primed and finished with deck paint incorporating a non-slip additive for a durable and practical finish.

The project also included new aft cleats on blocks, plus stanchion and gate reinforcement work.

All aspects of the job were completed, as always, on time and within budget from our Plymouth Yacht Haven site
