Having a couple of days away from Looe to the north side of Cornwall. Our little dog Kai’s not keen on the rain so I’m sat looking out the window drinking a cup of Earl grey tea watching the world go by.

My partner Matt took this lovely picture of beach huts looking down over the sea . What is it about beach huts that evoke feelings of nostalgia. The vibrant colours never fail to uplift you on a grey day.

Each little vibrant beach hut stands quietly on the shore holding a little space. We need a little space like that to bring restore and renew. Reflexology can offer that pause and inner connection by supporting your well-being. If this lights you up feel free to get in touch.

Can you feel the shift as the summer comes to an end, transitioning towards the autumn .🍂.It feels like a door is slowly closing behind you,stepping through into another room.A sense of endings and new beginning.

Walking at Hannafore yesterday with our little dog the heavens opened .A heavy shower of chilly rain .The sun came out, also this beautiful rainbow 🌈 symbolising hope and renewal.

With autumn on its a way it’s a perfect time to pause and reflect.

A lovely stroll over the fields, with our doggie Kai today .Those clouds are looking a little stormy .
They remind me of the storms inside of ourselves that manifest as stress,presenting with physical and emotional symptoms.
