Our first unannounced audit since we started on our BRC journey, the team smashed it with an AA+ in our BRC audit — and not just any audit… a BRC audit where the auditor was being audited. Yes, you read that right. Audit-ceptional. 🎯

Cool heads, spotless processes, and standards so high they practically need their own postcode. When the heat was on, our chilled team stayed… well… chilled. ❄️

Massive credit to everyone who keeps the wheels turning and the temps perfect. Excellence isn’t just delivered — it’s maintained, measured, and mastered.

Well done Chris Atkinson Top job as usual!

A big thank you to Chris Atkinson, aka the Tik Tok Techie for getting us out of trouble last night.
A wiring fault after a very wet day.
Everything booked out before 6am for the Christmas push.
No Plan B this week.
He tracked it, found and fixed it whilst others slept, and even got a photo op. Thanks Chris, it’s much appreciated.
