This Volvo XC60 suffered a software glitch which locked the electronic handbrake on, leaving the vehicle completely immobilised.

The customer thought the only option was a specialist tracked recovery machine costing up to 4x the price of a normal transport... but with the right equipment and experience, there was another way. 💪

Access wasn’t easy and the vehicle couldn’t move under its own power, but using the correct techniques we got it safely loaded, transported and delivered without any drama.
