We are a long established removal & storage company in Nottingham. We cover the whole of the UK and are specialists when it comes to office moves & churn. We have a large crate rental stock and our own containerised warehouse close to Nottingham city centre & M1 Junction 26. We provide a full range of services & we will give you free advice on the most efficient way of undertaking your move. Estab

lished in 1967 and still owned & run by the same family we have undertaken 1000's of moves of all types so we have the skills, experience & attitude to carry out your next move. We are experienced in moving most IT equipment & photocopiers including stair jobs using our electric stairclimber. Our crews are capable of dismantling & rebuilding most types of system desking, and we often re-position floorboxes where possible to suit new furniture layouts. We have a large quantity of standard lidded crates available for hire as well as the larger IT crates for hire. Our fleet includes VOSA approved trucks with trailers as well as smaller box vans for difficult access jobs. For house removals we have a large range of quilted, padded rain proof furniture covers that strap on to afford maximum protection.

🏠 Agreement In Principle – A document from a lender confirming that you can borrow the required amount. This is used to prove to the agent/seller that you can afford the property you are buying.

💯 Fixed Rate Mortgage – This charges a set interest rate over a set period of time. This means you will know exactly how much you are paying each month.

🧍‍♀️ Freehold - If you purchase a new home which is freehold, you own the building and the land that it stands on outright. You will not have to pay ground rent.

👫 Leasehold – If you purchase a new home which is leasehold, you own the property but not the building or land and must pay ground rent to the freeholder.

📑 Deeds - A formal written document detailing exactly who owns a property and enables transfer of the ownership of the property from the seller to the buyer.

💼 Conveyancing - This includes proving that the property is owned by its seller, making sure that all the loans attached to the property are discharged, establishing it's legal boundaries and searching local planning information for upcoming developments which might affect the property's value.

Another successful office move across Nottingham carried out by Nottingham Removals & Storage Ltd for all moves. A phased move involving packing of IT, hire of crates and relocation of all the essentials of a well run office. It's a fantastic new office building with many features to make working there a pleasure. Good luck to recruiting more staff, once they see the building people will be queuing up to work at Station Street.
