Hello everyone,
Just a friendly reminder, if you book a service from us, here is the way it works.
You tell us the service you want to book, e.g. Man and van, Home move, house clearance etc.
We then give you a price for that service. If you're happy to proceed, we send you an invoice for that amount which you pay. We can then confirm your booking.
We don't carry out the work and you pay us when you want to, you don't go to Tesco and get shopping and pay later, we are no different.
To be told on the phone that we may charge and not turn us in is an insult to be honest, especially when Costco has recommended our company. We are a registered reputable company.
