We have airport and long-distance bookings and we've built a structured allocation system to give our active drivers fair opportunities to access different types of work.

Looking for a better way to earn from your private hire licence?

We're looking for reliable private hire drivers to join the Ideal Cars team across Hucknall, Ashfield and surrounding areas.

And we're doing things a little differently.

💰 KEEP MORE OF WHAT YOU EARN
Join us and pay just 10% commission for your first 4 weeks, capped at £65, followed by 15% for the next 4 weeks, capped at £97.50. After 8 weeks, our standard 20% commission applies, capped at £130 per week.

✈️ AIRPORT & LONG-DISTANCE WORK
We have a regular supply of higher-value bookings, including airport and long-distance journeys over £30.

⚖️ A FAIRER WAY TO ALLOCATE WORK
We don't believe the best jobs should simply go to whoever shouts the loudest or gets lucky on the day. Our allocation system is designed to give active drivers fair opportunities across different types of work.
