This is how much four movers have managed to load in two hours today 🙈

Swipe to see why… Every item has to be carried a long way from the property to the van.

Thankfully, we had visited the property beforehand, so we knew exactly what to expect. The access didn’t scare us—preparation is key! The only thing we couldn’t plan was the nonstop rain. 🌧️📦

A long walking distance between the property and the van can add a considerable amount of time to a move. In wet conditions, the team also needs to take extra care on slippery paths while keeping our customer’s belongings as dry and protected as possible.

Sometimes, access makes all the difference.

Moving house can be a stressful experience, so hearing that our customers found the team friendly, reliable, efficient and flexible means a great deal to us.

Starting the week with a move from Loughborough to Rotherham.

The team spent the morning loading customer’s belongings before making the journey to Rotherham. Everything was transported to their new home and placed exactly where it needed to go.

One of the team’s little essentials—a bag full of spare screws, bolts and fittings! 🔩

You never know when a screw might go missing during dismantling or when a slightly wobbly wardrobe or bed might need a little extra attention.

Our customers often tell us that their furniture feels even sturdier after our team has reassembled it. Sometimes, the smallest details make the biggest difference!

It may not look very exciting, but this little bag has saved the day more than once. 😄

Looking back at one of last week’s move and that heatwave!

This particular job took us through three busy days and three locations.

Day 1 – Carefully packing our customer’s belongings in Nuthall.

Day 2 – Completion day, moving everything we had packed from Nuthall to their new home in Bramcote.

Day 3 – Returning to the storage unit to collect the belongings we had placed there five months earlier. We emptied the entire 250 sq. ft. unit and delivered everything to the new home in Bramcote.

It was a big move during some exceptionally hot weather, but the team worked incredibly hard throughout. After five months in storage and three busy days, it was especially satisfying to complete the final stage and deliver all of our customer’s belongings to their new home.

A challenging but very rewarding job, and a lovely move to have been part of. We wish our customers every happiness in their new home. 🏡🧡
