Chef Required
We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef to join our hardworking team with experience working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual who thrives under pressure and takes pride in producing high-quality food.

The Role:
Preparing and cooking food to a high standard.
Working efficiently with a small team during busy service periods.
Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
Supporting and working with others while also being confident working independently.

Requirements:
Previous experience although in-house training will be given alongside our head chef.
Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment undertaking various prep and service roles.
Own transport required due to shift patterns/location.
Flexible and reliable.

Hours:
Includes evenings and weekends.
Some split shifts required.
We offer a competitive rate of pay dependent on level of experience along with a share of tips and an opportunity to work alongside and learn from our other chefs.

We have a staff vacancy.

A position has become available for a Commis Chef in our kitchen. The role would be to assist the team with prep and service including desserts and starters. The ideal candidate would be punctual, willing to learn and take instruction, able to work independently and as part of a team to a good pace whilst maintaining high standards in presentation and hygiene.
The role would include a mixture of lunches, evenings and weekends with some double shifts so own transport required. This position would suit someone who is still early in their Chef journey and looking to develop new skills working with a small but busy team.

⭐️Smoked Beef Ribs⭐️

Dry rubbed with one of our seasoning blends and Smoked over Cherry wood for maximum flavour then slow braised until juicy and tender before caramelising with a maple glaze

These are available in house, to takeaway or as part of our signature Smoked Tasting Board.
It takes a lot of preperation over many hours to get these ribs 'fall off the bone' tender and packed with so much flavour but so worth it 👌
