Belaugh Boatyard We're a boatyard located in the small village of Belaugh in Norfolk on the river Bure. We are dedicated to the repair, maintenance of classic boats.

LISTEN UP! WE GOT NEWS! IT'S DEAD EXCITING!

We're moving! The new boat yard is in Reedham, Norfolk. We'll be expanding our services and existing packages to include 300ft of river frontage, winter storage, a 30 tonne crane, and at long last a purpose built paint and varnish shed!

Not only are we moving, but Tucketts of Belaugh Boatyard is coming too Belaugh Boatyard , We're joining forces to add a whole new avenue of trad yachts and rigging to our portfolio. Keep an eye out for a profile on him and all the skills he'll be bringing to the team, along with all the extra benefits this will offer his existing customers and their beautiful yachts.

Finally making some progress for the Yeomans, first proper Spinni bits popping out today and should have sets ready to install at some point next week! Rudders, side tanks, floor bearers, aft lockers and mast collars all following very shortly with the aim to keep these items and various other bits on the shelf ready. Will be exciting to start installing these bits as the new class builder and hopefully looking after the class well!

I’ll do a boat related post tomorrow as the sheds are busy and gorgeous, loving the warm weather paint and varnish working lovely, resin is going off, it’s all the perfect and looking forward to a crane lift in a couple of weeks.... don’t panic!!!!! Buuut thought I had better take the lighter for a run to check all’s well with the engine before deliveries start for horning, wroxham, Barton, Ludham, Womack!!! So too the new yard puppy along for her first river trip, started nervous but happy as anything on the way back.... might have some company on those long deliveries now!!
