We have teamed up with Waters Edge Woods End Bramerton to bring you a wonderful 3-hour river outing.
Positioned right on the scenic banks of the River Yare, Waters Edge at Bramerton is famous for its warm, welcoming atmosphere, fireside dining, and fantastic locally sourced gastro-pub food.
Whether you're planning a cozy date day or a memorable family trip, this experience is crafted for relaxing times on the water.
How your trip unfolds:
Take the helm of your choice of boat from our fleet (departing from Thorpe St Andrew):
🛶 Traditional Bishy: £50 (Up to 4 adults)
🚤 Bishy Grande: £60 (Up to 8 adults)
Enjoy a peaceful 45-minute scenic cruise down to The Waters Edge, Bramerton.
Tie up at Waters Edge — help is available for mooring up.
Step inside to warm up with a complimentary warming mulled apple juice on arrival at Waters Edge at Bramerton!
Settle in for exceptional pub dining and local craft drinks with your choice of a premier riverside or cozy fireside table (Food & drink at Bramerton charged separately).
🐶 Dog-Friendly: Four-legged family members are very welcome! (Please note: medium and large dogs count as a passenger towards boat capacity limits).
🍳 Flexible Dining: Breakfast, Lunch, and Sunday Roast options are available.

You met the character, now finally after months of work you can meet Hurc the boat.

Hurc follows the true Bishy ethos of recycling. The boat started as a wreck, someones started project, the decking and fendering is 100% recycled plastic, the rails are are a mixture salvaged from other boats with support stays welded on the support stays are stainless reclaimed from some of our old Bishy boat drive shafts, even the blue paint on top came from tiding the workshop and tipping tins of paint together 😂.

Harlequin has moved on to a new owner, it served us well for 7 or so years but now Hurc takes the baton for Bishy support.

Small business owners I'm sure you can relate, do you have that friend that's always been there? Someone who shares your posts time and time again. We do, Bishy is very fortunate to have a friend that goes way back to before this business owner ever worked on a boat, a friend that has been on the journey for every high and low life could throw.

A true friendship is a precious thing, so when asked if there is a local business that would be willing to sponsor the Bure Valley Lions training kit? no thought was needed, A big yes, Bishy will. It's our pleasure to be able to give a little back and supply these future stars with the kit they need.

Sorry lovely people, Saturday 27th June is fully booked.

Busy, busy Bishy,
Pllease be patient with us as we flag a little in the heat, it's exhausting! On the subject of heat, the river might look tempting to cool down but please stay in the boats or on the land and do not enter the water.
