Meet the team behind Moulton Minibus Service!
You see our minibuses out on the road every day, but there’s a whole team behind the scenes working hard to keep everything running smoothly. 🚌
Over the last year, we’ve introduced some of the people who make it all happen — from Steve, who started the business back in 2003 with just one minibus, to the fantastic team who have helped us grow to a fleet of 90+ vehicles.
👩💼 Jodie – our Business & Transport Manager, who started with us at just 17 and has worked her way up to becoming our qualified Transport Manager.
📞 Sharon – our Customer Support Advisor, always on hand to answer the phone, help with quotations and provide fantastic customer service (and wishing she could bring her horse to work! 🐴😂).
🏉 Dean – our Assistant Transport Manager, bringing a wealth of HGV and management experience while getting stuck into learning the world of PSV transport.
🚌 Dwight – our Lead Driver, who joined us in 2025 and quickly worked his way into a leadership role, always willing to lend a hand and support the team.
And, of course, there are plenty more people working behind the scenes every day including Steve’s mum Janet! — the drivers, transport team and everyone who plays their part in keeping Moulton moving.
We’re incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and, most importantly, we believe in investing in our people, giving them opportunities to learn, develop and progress.
It takes a great team to keep 90+ vehicles moving — and this is ours! 🚌 ⬆️
