Commissioning HR provides a professional HR Consultancy Service that is solutions focused for your business through professional & credible HR advice, guidance and structure that produces positive outcomes for our clients and their employees. Primary research shows that organisations of all shapes and sizes outsource some or all aspects of HR. Some very small organisations are left unsupported thr

ough the complexities of employment legislation. SME’s – often do not need to employ a permanent HR Professional but do need to understand the legislation around employing their staff. Overlooking even some simple employment practices can cost employers greatly if challenged. Public Sector Employers – are having less internal resources due to budget pressures and recognise that they will need to buy in extra resources from time to time. Many services are transferring out of the public sector and are looking to create new and sustainable models of delivery. They need a HR Consultant who understands the terms and conditions they transferred on whilst enabling them to be an organisation with a different culture. Larger Corporations – also have shrinking resources and recognise the need to buy in specialist HR resources to complement their existing Human Resources provision.
