Monday – Friday (9am–5pm)
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has strong attention to detail, and is confident communicating with colleagues, customers, and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing general administrative and clerical support to the team
• Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
• Managing diaries, appointments, and coach management software
• Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Processing invoices and other administrative paperwork
• Updating databases and spreadsheets
• Welcoming and providing a professional first point of contact
• Supporting colleagues with day-to-day office tasks

The successful candidate will have:
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A professional and friendly manner
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• The confidence to work independently as well as part of a team
