We are small family run haulage company who operate a fleet of HGVs delivering throughout the UK 🇬🇧

We are looking for class 1 HGV hiab drivers to join our team

All candidates are expected to-
🔸Hold a HGV Class 1 (C&E) licence
🔸Hold in date hiab licence with a minimum
1 year remaining
🔸Have a digital tachograph card and CPC card with a minimum of 1 year left on it
🔸Some nights out when required
🔸Be able to stay compliant & with in the law in relation to Drivers hours /working time
🔸Good knowledge and practical ability to secure various loads - training will also be provided
🔸 When non hiab / class 1 work not available you will be required to drive other vehicles on our fleet .

Job role is full time , PAYE , weekly pay

There will be scope to progress further within our team , including slinger / signaller training and other courses

Please don’t rely on messaging via Facebook as we don’t always manage to see them!

£850 per week- flat rate whether you work 40 hours or 60 hours
Nights out £30

Weekend work is sometimes available which would be paid at an additional premium and would be optional if you wanted to work

We are extremely grateful for everyone’s help in the early hours this morning , being told your premises along side other business’s is going up in flames and watching everyone’s livelyhoods disappear in front of us I can tell you is not nice .

I cannot thank the staff at CeeJay Autoworx Cj , Andrew and Rad as well as Gus wookey for their help tonight helping me to get trucks out of our workshop and the adjacent business’s yard s, All the people
that rang me early hours and all the messages and phone calls offering storage, workshop facilities and help anyway they can , it was amazing to see people pull together like that 👊🏼👊🏼

most importantly no one got hurt , we can replace metal but not lives , our workshop is not looking the greatest and plans are in place to continue with minimal disruption to our haulage operation as best we can , it’s been a long ol morning and a few busy weeks ahead
