We are a family run courier service based in South Wales, specialising in money saving logistic concepts. Our quotes are based on information you provide which will need to include an Inventory list. We cannot always view your items etc before accepting your job so a correct inventory list is vital. If any changes to the inventory list (items added or changed, including weight of the items) may in

cur additional costs. Goods In Transit £10,000 per vehicle. If in the event of a claim, a receipt or valuation must be supplied for us to pass on to our insurance company. We also have Public Liability insurance. We are able to provide short and long term storage, a van with a tail lift, pump truck and piano dollies. All items will be blanket wrapped. If you require a packing service please contact us in advance. For goods to and from the EU will have additional charges for brokerage costs between each country due to Brexit. These costs depend on the items and which country they are going to. Please note:

All collections and deliveries are made by ourselves, not third party or sub contracted. WE NOW OFFER an assembly service: wardrobes, desks etc. We are also listed on Anyvan and Shipley as Philsons - their costs will include a deposit which is paid to the site, not us. We are happy to help where we can, but please work with us to respect other customers' deliveries. ALL FINAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEMS. If you would like to pay by bank transfer you must arrange this with us before delivery.

Piano moves

Retail 24/7 Logistics are very experienced in delivering pianos. We have a specialist piano dolly and straps to ensure your piano is manoeuvred effectively and efficiently around corners. steps and staircases. All pianos are safely secured with blankets and straps when transported. We are very completive on price.

Student moves and House moves

Both can be an extremely stressful experience; our aim is to remove the stress offering you the customer a friendly, personal, professional service. We deliver student belongings to their dorms/student lodgings on the day of arrival at college/university or a day to suit. Several of our customers are doctors who move for their rotations.

We offer a storage service for your items - small or large. If you need storage due to redecoration, building works or do not have a confirmed moving date - we are very competitive. We will also move and collect items from storage.
