Here’s how we like to make moving day as straightforward (and stress-free!) as possible:
🔹 STEP 1 – GET OUR GUIDE PRICES
Drop us a message and we’ll give you our guide prices. This gives you a good idea of costs before we go any further.
🔹 STEP 2 – LET’S MEET & GET YOU A QUOTE
If our guide price works with your moving budget, we’ll arrange to come and see you.
You can ask us all the questions you need, we get to know you and your move, and — importantly — we can check access to your property and exactly what needs moving.
This means we can put together the right team and the right number of vehicles to make sure everything runs smoothly and you’re loaded and out by lunchtime, ready for the keys to change hands. 🔑
🔹 STEP 3 – KEEP TALKING TO US! 📞
Communication is key.
Keep us updated throughout the process, especially as dates start becoming clearer. We’ll usually have several customers trying to coordinate their moves, so the more we know, the better we can plan our availability.
🔹 STEP 4 – MOVING DAY! 🚚💨
We’ll arrive bright and early at the time we’ve agreed and get straight to work.
Our aim is to have you fully loaded and out of your old property by the required deadline — while building in enough time for those inevitable little surprises along the way.
Because apparently, there’s ALWAYS one wardrobe that doesn’t want to leave. 😂
🔹 STEP 5 – LUNCH! 🥪☕
Once you’re loaded, we’ll grab some lunch and refuel while we wait for the magic phone call...
“WE’VE GOT THE KEYS!” 🔑🎉
Then it’s off to your new home.
🔹 STEP 6 – LET’S GET YOU MOVED IN 🏡
We’ll unload your belongings and put everything into whichever rooms you’d like, saving you from finding the sofa in the bathroom and the kettle upstairs.
🔹 STEP 7 – OUR JOB IS DONE 🍺😂
We head home, put our feet up and have a well-earned beer...
While you stand in your new house, surrounded by boxes, and suddenly realise:
“Oh... now we’ve got to unpack all this.” 😂📦📦📦
