PART 4!!! The completed job. Engine cowling back on after a respray and some amazing Decals. She looks as good as new. Not bad for 28yrs old. One very happy customer. Feel free to message for quotes. All types of marine maintenance and engineering undertaken.

PART 3!! The Rebuild....All new gaskets and seals, new impeller, new wiring, new fuel lines. All new high tensile stainless steel bolts. Test runs on the engine itself balance the carbs and deep clean.

PART 2!!!! So... next stage was to strip whole engine apart. Seized bolts rounded nuts. Frayed wiring salt build up. You name it this engine had its issues. Already started to look better after a primer coat.

PART 1!!!! So.... we had this rather tired looking 90hp oil injected engine in for a full overhaul this is a 28yr old engine so as you can see from these photos she was looking rather unloved. New owner asked me to tweak the engine get her running smooth and an overhaul and tidy up.

Part of a full restoration on one of our staffs yachts. Complete colour change new antifoul with corrected waterline. New wood work also had a reconditioned yanmar GM10 engine installed.
