I get weekly messages asking if I have received an email, if you havenโt had a reply usually within a few hours, if not, 24 hours, then the answer is noโฆ.
From the people I know of and who have got in touch, I am worried that I am loosing business because my old email address is being used.
I can see how this is easily done on your phone email.. you type in travel, and it will bring up the old โtravelbyclaireโ not [email protected]
I havenโt had any access to the old email address since September 2025 , the IT company were extremely unhelpful with allowing me (or not) to set up a divert auto reply or even for the email address to bounce back undelivered.๐ซ
A small, self employed business like myself, relies on new and repeat clients, in the current climate this country is in, and like others, I always need to attract new business. I also reward my repeat clients as much as I can, as my way of saying thank you โฅ๏ธ
