UK FLIGHT DELAYS – UPDATE ✈️
Following yesterday’s UK air traffic control technical issue, some flights may still experience knock-on delays or cancellations today while airlines reposition aircraft and crews. The technical issue itself has now been resolved.
✅ I have just heard back my final departure and they have just landed in Rio De Janeiro 🙏
All other customers booked, who have been affected have already been contacted and assisted.

✈️ Check your flight status before leaving home
⏰ Arrive at the airport as instructed unless your airline tells you otherwise
📱 Keep checking your emails and text messages for updates
🧾 Keep receipts for any reasonable food, transport or accommodation expenses
⚠️ Don’t cancel or arrange alternative travel yourself without speaking to your airline or travel agent first
If your flight is cancelled, the airline should offer either an alternative flight or a refund and provide reasonable care while you wait. Fixed compensation is unlikely when disruption is caused by air traffic control, but your right to care and assistance still applies.
