Service 37: 10/09/2026:

Further to yesterdays diversions which were due to the closure of Faraday Avenue, we are aware that this road is now open, HOWEVER:

The roadworks currently taking place at the junction of Ash Vale Road and Linden Avenue are making it impossible for our buses to access this part of the route, therefore all services are currently still diverted via Ash Vale Road.

We are trying to make contact with the roadworks team to see if we can negotiate access and will keep you updated.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this is causing, even though the situation is outside of our control.

09/09/2026: Service 37

We have just been informed by one of our drivers that Faraday Avenue in Tuxford is closed, service 37 will be on diversion via Ash Vale Road until the road is reopened.

During this time there will be no buses at the following bus stops:

* Linden Avenue
* Maple Close
* Nicholas Place (Tuxford Medical Centre)

Faraday Avenue bus stop on Lincoln Road will only be served by service 38 which is currently on diversion due to other roadworks.

Unfortunatly the 12:25 service 77 to Hawtonville Circular has been cancelled due to delays caused by roadworks on our network.

07/09/2026: Service 730

Our driver was made aware of a road closure on Cross Street, Sturton le Steeple this morning for which we have had no prior notification. The workmen were uncertain how long the road would remain closed for, but it could be up to three days.

We have been in contact with Tuxford Academy and they are attempting to get a message to all parents of students from South Wheatley & North Wheatley to inform them that they may have to collect their child from Sturton, depending on whether the road is still closed.

If anyone is passing through Sturton le Steeple in the next couple of hours, could you let us know if the road has reopened?

Tuxford Academy have advised us that if any student has not been able to arrange for their parents to collect them from Sturton (assuming that the road will still be closed) we are to leave them in the care of the school, rather than chance leaving school children stranded at Sturton le Steeple.

We are aware of some delays on the A1 southbound around Grantham, please note that this will probably result in some delays for our services arriving at Walton Academy, KGGS and the King’s School.
