Do you need transport for you and your horse? Are you wanting a horse collected or delivered somewhere? Are you wanting to get out and about to a competition, sponsored ride, lesson or training session? For your convenience I can drive you both to your chosen destination at a time to suit you. I am based in Seend Wiltshire and have a fully insured Ifor Williams HB510R trailer & VW Tiguan capable o

f taking 2 large horses. (A single breast and breach bar are available on request). I have a trailer licence B+E and have a clean Class 1 licence C+E (Artic). I completed a City & Guilds NPTC Certificate of Competence in the Transport of Horses, have successfully passed my BHS Stage 1 & 2 and can offer over 25 years of equine experience. So not only can I drive you I can also help load your horse or pony, help you groom, tack up, prepare for the competition ring, warm your horse in, assist you on the ground, run around and get entries etc, or stay with your horse while you go off, wash down, change your tack, baby sit your children....the list is endless!!! Phew, what a busy weekend...
Friday afternoon/evening moving 3 horses to their new home, a lovely big field that will soon be transformed into an amazing yard no doubt.
Saturday morning was spent moving 2 unmovable horses to their nice new field-I had a desperate phone call at 8pm on Fri asking for help as after 3 hours of trying to load them that day, they had all but given up hope of ever moving them. After trying a few tricks of the trade and a lot of patience, both horses were loaded calmly and travelled beautifully, much to the relief of everyone and especially their owner!
And today, a quick trip down to Clevedon to drop off a lovely young show pony who is to be produced by Peter Thomas and his team.
Not the best of weathers for transporting horses this weekend but a successful one, and everyone all safe and sound in their new homes thank goodness!
