“Start a ferry “ they said. “It’ll be fun” they said. Whilst we know it can’t always be fun on Bryan (today we have experienced every season) we will always be here as promised. Thankfully the biblical weather didn’t put everyone off, especially the Thames path walkers.
Pub in the park this weekend.
Whether looking to join the party from Hurley or wanting to escape the crowds of Marlow we will be here as usual 10-4 both days.

We’ve officially launched and what an amazing day! Bryan has happily ferried people, dogs and bikes all today under the most beautiful sun drenched skies.
It must be said that this community project wouldn’t be what it is without the community that has helped manifest this dream! In no particular order:
Lovely Gav, we miss you. Thanks for being there to help put us in motion.
All the Harleyford crew
MEC Marina
The Repair Cafe
Tash Somers for her wonderful paint job
Our friends and supporters Kev the Pirate, Kev the plasterer, Family, and the bears Dave & Mike.
Neil Wragg master of the sewing machine
Matt at Temple lock and the lock keepers up and down stream
Bisham abbey
Will at The Little green boat company
Neil with his electrical skills!
Suzanne Corley for helping us spread the word.
Biggest thanks to our Marlow Mayor Muryel Boulay who found time in her busy schedule to help us launch and brought champagne and pastries! And the MyMarlow man himself Paul, who has supported us from the beginning of this journey.
And finally, YOU! Thanks to all of you that have travelled with us, shared our posts and followed us here on this page. We are so excited and happy to continue our river adventures with you all
See you tomorrow from 10-4!

Are you ready to resume the beautiful walk between Marlow and Henley with a river cruise thrown in? Bryan Ferry, the Ferry, is out on the water after a huge labour of love from Captain Justin Whelan of Pirate Pizza not only funding this fabulous project, but working through wind, rain and hail for a year now to turn this beautiful boat into an electric solar powered dream of a ride. We will officially launch on Saturday following our successful try out this weekend. We will be continuing our try outs this Wednesday 10-4 if you fancy jumping aboard? Your journey will begin at temple bridge and drop you off across the water in Hurley. £2.50 for adults and £1.50 for under 12’s each way. More info to follow this week so keep an eye out.
Regular times:
Saturday 10-4
Sunday 10-4
Wednesday 10-4
See you on the water!
