We're on the lookout for an Operations Manager to join our team at our March site, with a key focus supporting the Operations Director.

Key Requirements:

✅ Strong people management background
✅ Flexible approach to working hours
✅ Previous experience working in the warehouse industry
✅ Previous experience working in line with BRC standard
✅ Fully computer literature and proficient in Microsoft Office

Duties:
⭐️ Supervise and manage all aspects of the site operations
⭐ Oversee employees, ensuring they're performing their duties effectively
⭐️ Formulate budgets, analyse, and monitor financial performance
⭐️ Prepare reports on site performance and present to upper management.

Spreading the festive cheer, one jumper at a time 🥳

Yesterday our Thetford and March sites held their annual Christmas Jumper day in order to raise money for charity.

In total, the teams raised an incredible £180, which will be donated to Save The Children UK 🙌 Huge well done to Thetford for raising £154 of this total 🎉

On December 2nd, both Thetford and March teams enjoyed their well-deserved Christmas party.

Thetford headed off to the Norwich Boom-Battle bar and enjoyed some competitive, team-building games and a meal, and March celebrated the festive season with a meal and get-together at the Oliver Cromwell Hotel 🎄🎅 🎉
