Usually I do it with my son, but today he’s sulking because I won’t buy him an e-scooter… so I’m running solo. 😂

I took a photo of myself before I started, then as soon as I finished and every 5 minutes afterwards.

✨ Sometimes motivation doesn’t come first. Sometimes you just have to get up, get out and do it and let the feeling catch up afterwards.

💫 Very glad I didn’t let the lack of a running buddy be my excuse today. 💫

✨️🎨 Miami isn’t just beaches…

Wynwood Walls was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Miami. Huge murals, incredible art and colour everywhere you look, and we even got to have a go at creating our own artwork!

It’s such a fun place to explore, especially with the boys, and definitely one I’d recommend adding to a Miami itinerary.

✨️ Dreams really do become realities…

Back in September, I posted a photo of this very beach hut and said, “Oops… I did it again” because I’d just booked a trip to Miami.

💫 Fast forward to August… and here I am, actually standing on Miami Beach.

It’s a reminder that sometimes the things we talk about, dream about and plan for really do become reality.
