Good morning and what a day we have underway here at CTV / Avango HQ.

We posted a couple of days ago encouraging you to be here, now - ready for our big announcement.

So here it is.

Over the nine years of CTV's existence, we've worked with dozens of businesses to help connect couriers to products and services that can help them operate more effectively, and efficiently.

Many transport companies are already feeling the pinch with fuel prices at £2 per litre.

Right at the start of peak season as well means either transport companies will have to respond and increase rates, or we'll probably see a lot of businesses collapse by the new year.

FUEL PRICE ANNOUNCEMENT

We've already raised our prices earlier this year when prices rocketed from around £1.50 per litre and consistently stayed above £1.75 per litre.

We're going to refrain from acting too soon now that we're already seeing diesel at over £2 per litre.

THE BAD NEWS...

Unfortunately at some point all transport operators have to consider increasing rates when our overheads increase significantly, as is the case with fuel.

We'll do everything we can to keep our rates down as long as possible.

THE GOOD NEWS...

Our prices are regularly checked against leading competitors, and we're still cheaper than many large courier service companies - in some cases more than 20% CHEAPER.
