A beautiful, sunny but crisp day called for a ride, so I took the bike out for a loop around the stunning Goyt Valley.

Stopped along the way to explore the peaceful Spanish Shrine and the quiet, hidden Jenkins Chapel — both full of atmosphere and history.

A perfect few hours on the road today ☀️🏍️

I set off on my motorbike in beautiful sunny weather, heading through the stunning villages of Tideswell and Bradwell, right in the heart of the Peak District. The roads were quiet, the air fresh, and every mile felt like pure freedom.

Tideswell, often called the “Cathedral of the Peak,” was my first stop. Its impressive church stood proudly in the village – peaceful, full of history, and surrounded by that timeless English charm. I took a moment there to slow down and really take it all in.

From there, I rode on to Bradwell, a smaller but equally charming village nestled among rolling green hills. I stopped by the local church, simple yet beautiful, with that warm countryside character you only find in places like this.

Not far from there, I passed by the Navio Roman Fort site – a reminder of just how deep the history runs in this area. Even without stopping long, you can feel the connection to the past.

The countryside along the way was absolutely breathtaking – winding roads, stone walls, open fields, and views that just go on forever. Days like this remind me why I love riding so much.

Just me, the bike, and the open road. 💛

A quiet journey from above 🌿

This short drone film is my own personal project, created to capture the calm, raw beauty of Cairngorms National Park and Aberdeenshire — landscapes shaped by time, wind, and silence.

Mountains, forests, rivers, coastline, and ancient stone forms blend naturally into one connected space.
No rush. No noise. Just slow movement, soft light, and distance from everything unnecessary.

Filmed, edited, and shaped with intention — as an independent creative project.
Best experienced with sound on 🎧
Let the images breathe, and allow the landscape to speak for itself.
