An elevator provides access to both levels from the parking area. This air-conditioned villa also comes with an outdoor dining area, a small gym, hammam, gas grill, an electronic security gate and WiFi. Villa Neo comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
