A wet day yesterday for the Neoplan’s maiden voyage, but it still leaves an impression leading the convoy up to Darlington 🤩🤩

We’ve been busy covering lots of Transpenine Express and LNER services over the bank holiday weekend whilst lines have been closed from Redcar and Darlington 🚂🚂💨💨

This morning’s early 06:26 departure from Saltburn was the last Rail Replacement service for this weekend, the first of 4 busy weekends assisting Northern Trains, LNER and Transpenine Express during major disruption on the East Coast Main Line. 🚂🚂

Our new EvoTor has been put through its paces with multiple runs covering Main Line services and is seen here before heading to Middlesborough early this morning 🤩

Currently running weekdays, starting tomorrow from Pickering and Thornton-le-Dale!

Our FREE shuttle bus service is back and running weekdays from 9.30am to 3pm 🚌

Park at Eastgate Car Park, Pickering (YO18 7DP), or use the large public car park in Thornton-le-Dale and hop on at our gift shop.

Stops include the auction site and Thornton-le-Dale gift shop throughout the day. Making your visit that little bit easier 👌

Fancy a new direction for the New Year? We’re looking for part-time drivers to join our team and help carry out our local home-to school and college routes.

We have a wide range of routes across our area and you will be driving modern, well-maintained vehicles based at our depot in Malton. As one of the last family-owned, independent coach operators in the area, you will be joining a small team with high standards and a personal touch. We offer competitive rates of pay, and you will be working term-times only with school holidays off. The hours in between morning and afternoon duties are your own, though additional school and private hire duties may be available in the busy season if desirable.

In return, we require drivers to:

✅ Hold a PSV Licence and Driver CPC
✅ Be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
✅ Take pride in their work and driving.

This role often suits retired full-time drivers, or those looking to work less hours or work whilst balancing other commitments.
