Hey everyone!

A big thank you to each and every one of you who donated to the Alzheimer's Society! We’ve raised an amazing £1,310 and donations are still coming in! ‼🥳🤩💷💷

I’m happy to report that I completed the 26-mile challenge in 9 hours and 19 minutes, placing 243 out of 606! 🙌🚶‍♀️🥾Not bad for my first time! The last 6 miles were really tough—definitely had a few tears and my legs turned to jelly, especially with that steep hill at mile 20!! But it all pales in comparison to the challenges faced by those dealing with Alzheimer's and dementia.

Hello everyone! 🌟

My 26-mile trek is happening this Saturday! 🥾

I’m feeling incredibly nervous 😬 but I assure you, I will give it my all and am determined to finish. This will be my first experience tackling something like this, and no amount of training can truly prepare me for the challenge ahead. I’ll be taking on the Intermediate course around Stonehenge, which means navigating hills, rough terrain, and let’s not forget the unpredictable weather (it’s looking rainy right now! ☔️).

This cause holds a special significance for me. My grandad, who co-founded Atlas over 40 years ago with my nan as a practical HGV driving school, is currently living with Alzheimer’s. 💜 Even though we’ve evolved into CPC and online logistics training, we are immensely proud to carry on my grandparents’ legacy. 🚛❤️

This guy was caught using his mobile phone (my biggest pet peeve on the road) and was then found to be over the limit for cannabis AND co***ne... oh and he was a fast food delivery driver!! 🥴🤯🤠🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ words fail me!

What do we all reckon to this then? 🤔 👀

New speed cameras that do not flash when drivers speed past and do not need road markings are to be trialled as part of plans to reduce road casualties.

The cameras can catch speeding vehicles across five lanes traffic in both directions.

The trial is initially confined to nine locations in London that have 20mph or 30mph speed limits.
