We are looking for an Office Administrator for an immediate start. We're based in Swanscombe and a part of a pallet delivery network.
The role will include: -
Answering calls from other depots and dealing with enquiries
Making calls to depots to obtain updates on our clients deliveries
Inputting data onto the system
Obtaining information to allow resolution of complaints
Ad-hoc admin support
We're looking for someone with experience and initiative as it is a fairly busy office. We also need someone who can pick up and deal with tasks in a timely manner and be pro-active.
Hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Pay is £8.00 per hour
