Falcon Support Services Where you are today does not define your tomorrow! We offer a holistic approach to addressing the diverse needs of our community. We're here, no matter what.

With over twenty years of specialised experience in providing supported accommodation, we’ve honed our skills and developed a wide range of comprehensive services. Rooted in Leicestershire, driven by three key pillars: Community Support, Housing Support, and Recovery Support. At the core of everything we do is a simple yet powerful belief: everyone deserves a second chance. We're dedicated to this principle, tirelessly working alongside those in need for as long as it takes. In our community, we have a saying: "Once part of the Falcon Family, always part of the Falcon Family." This means our support is never-ending. Our doors are always open for anyone seeking support, advice, guidance, or housing. We're not limited by time or circumstance. We're determined to make a difference, no matter the obstacles. We'll go above and beyond to help those who need it most.

JOIN OUR TEAM - DONATION SORTING VOLUNTEER!

Be the heart of what we do 💙

Every item donated needs care, organisation, and a helping hand before it reaches someone who truly needs it. This vital role keeps donations moving smoothly and gets them quickly to the people who need them most. Every single item truly makes a difference.

We could really use your support.

If you'd like to join us - we'd love to hear from you.

25 years of impact, together 💛

For over 25 years, we've stood beside people across Leicestershire - building independence through housing, recovery, and community support. This year, we've gone further:

🌳106 trees planted. 89.63 tonnes of CO2 removed.

♻️53.4% waste recycled. 1 tonne kept from landfill.

🤝Growing through co-production - listening, learning and improving together.

💚Repurposing furniture, tech, clothing & food - giving new life to what might go to waste.

This is what we do - for people, for our planet, for our community.

RECOVERY PEER MENTORS!

There's power is understanding and in knowing someone truly gets it.

Your own lived experience is something so special. Walking alongside others, sharing empathy, hope, and that real sense of being seen - you don't just support people, you remind them they're not alone on their journey.

If you are interested in becoming a recovery peer mentor, or have any questions please reach out. 👇

A humbling experience before the sun even rose 🌙

Early this morning, our team joined Charnwood Borough Council. the Outreach Team and The Bridge for the annual rough sleeper count. We saw people sleeping in tents, on the streets, and on the cold ground - exposed to the freezing temperatures, with nowhere warm to go.

It's a reminder of how many people in our community are facing this reality every single night. This count isn't just numbers - it's real people, real stories, and real need. It helps us understand what we're up against so we can keep showing up, keep caring, and keep working toward a day when no one has to sleep out in the cold.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us. We're in this together 💛
